Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 21 October 2026
U2 AI Studio Teknoloji A.Ş. wants this site to be usable by everyone, including people who navigate by keyboard, use a screen reader, zoom in or work with reduced motion. This statement sets out what we aim for, what we have measured and what remains open.
1. The standard we follow
Our standard is WCAG 2.2 level AA. The European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882), in force since June 2025, is the framework we read that standard against.
This statement covers the promotional and legal pages at kdm.org.tr (Turkish) and ctm.org.tr (English).
2. What we have measured
- Every page has a single h1, landmark regions (header, main content, footer) and a skip-to-content link.
- The page language attribute matches the language of the content, so screen readers read the text in the right language.
- When the operating system asks for reduced motion, animations stop: background lights, counters and sliding transitions do not run and content appears directly.
- Interface demonstrations are decorative and hidden from assistive technology; the same information is given in the text next to them.
- Text contrast against the background is kept at AA level in both the dark and the light appearance.
- Form fields have visible labels; error messages are associated with their field and announced to screen readers.
- The menu, theme button, frequently asked questions and sign-in dialog can be used with a keyboard and show a visible focus indicator; while the dialog is open, focus stays inside it and Esc closes it.
3. Known limitations
Some things are not yet where we want them:
- The site has not been audited by an independent third party. Everything above is our own measurement.
- Background blur on glass surfaces is not shown in some older browsers; surfaces are then shown in a solid colour.
- We hold no accessibility certification and make no such claim.
4. If something does not work, write to us
If something on this site blocks you, write to info@u2aistudio.com with the page address and what happened. We reply within one business day and tell you what we can do and when. If our reply does not solve the problem, you may contact the competent authority in your country.
