4. Hosting and Infrastructure

This website and the KDM platform run on our servers on Amazon Web Services infrastructure, in the Istanbul Local Zone attached to the AWS Europe (Frankfurt) region. Pages are served directly from these servers; there is no content delivery network in between. TLS certificates are provided by Let's Encrypt (Internet Security Research Group). Messages from the demo request form are delivered to our corporate e-mail address through Amazon Simple Email Service (Frankfurt, Germany). The contracting party for the service in Türkiye is AWS Turkey Pazarlama Teknoloji ve Danışmanlık Hizmetleri Limited Şirketi.

5. Domain Names

This site is published at kdm.org.tr (Turkish) and ctm.org.tr (English); addresses beginning with www redirect to them. KDM workspaces of client companies open at sub-addresses of these domains (for example yourcompany.ctm.org.tr). The domains are registered under the .tr Network Information System (TRABIS). The party responsible for this website and its content is the company identified in section 1; requests concerning the domains may be sent to info@u2aistudio.com or to the KEP address above.

6. Use of Marks and Logos

The names and logos KDM, CTM and U2 AI Studio are trademarks of the company. They may not be altered, recoloured, redrawn, combined with another mark or used in a way that suggests a non-existent partnership, sponsorship or endorsement. The Türksat name and logo shown on the site belong to Türksat Uydu Haberleşme Kablo TV ve İşletme A.Ş. and are used to indicate a business partnership. Other third-party marks belong to their owners.
