Cookie Policy

This policy explains what the KDM promotional site places on visitors' devices and how you can control it. In short: this site uses no cookies. Because there are no analytics, advertising or social media tracking tools, no cookie banner is shown either. The only record that may be written to your device is your chosen appearance, if you press the theme button.
1. Scope of This Policy
This Cookie Policy applies to kdm.org.tr (Turkish) and ctm.org.tr (English), operated by U2 AI Studio Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi ("U2 AI Studio", "we").
When you sign in to the KDM workspace of a client company (for example yourcompany.ctm.org.tr), a strictly necessary session cookie is used only to keep you signed in. That cookie is part of the KDM platform, not of this site, and has no analytics or advertising purpose.

2. What Is a Cookie?
A cookie is a small text file that a website asks your browser to store on your device and can read back on later visits. Cookies may be used for basic functionality, remembering preferences, measuring use or advertising.
Other technologies do similar work without being cookies:
- Local storage: a browser area where a site can keep a small value. It stays on your device and, unlike a cookie, is not sent to the server with every request.
- Pixels and beacons: tiny image or script requests used to measure or track behaviour. They are not used on this site.
- Server-side logs: records kept by the servers that deliver the site; they are not stored on your device.

Nothing else is written to your device; there are no strictly necessary, functional, analytics or advertising cookies. The language of the site follows the domain: kdm.org.tr opens in Turkish and ctm.org.tr in English; no record is kept for language.
4. Theme Preference and Local Storage
When you press the theme button at the top of the page, your choice is written to local storage under the key kdm-site-tema as koyu (dark) or acik (light). This entry stays on your device, is not a cookie, is not sent to our servers with requests and contains no identifier that could distinguish you. If you do not press the button, nothing is written and the page opens in the dark appearance.
What you type into the demo request form stays on the page until you submit it; it is not written to local storage.
5. Third-Party Resources
No third-party resources are loaded: fonts and all images are served from our own domain. There is no advertising network, social media tracking pixel, heat map, session recorder or embedded video. Links to the sites of U2 AI Studio and our partners are just links; no data goes to those sites unless you click. The connection data processed when pages are delivered is explained in the Privacy Policy.

Because this site uses no cookies, there are no cookies for you to manage. You can delete the theme preference entry from your browser's "site data" controls:
7. Legal Basis
The theme preference entry is created only by your own action and is needed to provide a function you explicitly requested; under Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC), access to terminal equipment that is strictly necessary to provide a service requested by the user does not require consent. The entry stays on your device and is never sent to us.

This policy may be updated when the technologies used on the site change. The current version is always published on this page; the date at the top shows the latest revision. No technology requiring explicit consent is used without obtaining that consent.
